Anodizing produces a layer of aluminum oxide which can be dyed to a specific color, or left stand-alone clear. The anodized finish offers a scuff and scratch resistant finish which prevents the aluminum from further oxidation. The transparent nature of the finish allows for unique textures and appearances of your parts and products.

6 standard colors

We offer anodizing in black, clear, blue, red, purple, and brass.

Stainless Steel Passivation

Stainless Steel passivation removes the free Iron contamination caused by machining, fabricating, and forming. These Impurities may cause surface corrosion and deterioration. The passivation solution dissolves the Iron and forms a thin oxide film that protects the piece from further corrosion.

Chromate Conversion

Chromate conversion coatings offer protection from oxidation, while still allowing electrical conductivity. The finish is also used as a base coat for painted or powder coated finishes.

New State of the Art equipment

Our new 8,500 square foot addition was built to accommodate our custom engineered anodizing production line. We offer capacities of 2,000 pounds with a work envelope of 160" x 19" x 48" (L x W x D).
